11 months...

Alomae you...

WALK!!

say "ma ma ma maaa" but only when you are sad

are moving for the first time to a new place!

Love to eat chicken

make that eat anything...

just had your first Christmas

have 8 teeth

...and lots of hair!

snort your nose like a lil' piggy

love to say "ooookayyyyy!" over and over again

Are gonna have a baby cousin in July

are NOT a great nap taker...you usually take 1 a day that lasts about 30 min! Arg!

but you sleep through the night!

still are a nursing machine

are so easy going and just go with the flow with what mama and daddy have planned

Have a way with the boys! I swear I have never seen a little girl have SO many grown men woo over a baby before! When we walk into church, they rush to grab you from me and play!

are WONDERFUL- daddy and I call you that a lot....WONDERFUL...

We cannot believe you are almost one...Life is so much better with you!

First snow!

We went to sunriver and Alomae got to experience her first snow! (we'll kinda, she never got down and played in it due to mama being unprepared when it comes to snow gear!) But beautiful and fun non-the-less!

at 9 months alomae...

is 19 lbs

loves to eat

can stand for 10 seconds unassisted

sleeps through the night

is a horrible nap taker

has 4.5 teeth

has said "dada", "baby" & "hi"

wears 12-18 month clothes

is very feminine by nature

LOVES her daddy

makes messes everywhere!

8 months

Oh where oh where has my little babe gone...

Alomae is becoming a BIG girl and I must admit, I am grieving a little bit that my tiny baby is gone...She is 8 1/2 months now....Has 4 teeth....can get from one side of the room to the other in no time...can pull up on just about anything...eats food...carrots, apples, sweet potatoes, peas, black beans, pears, rice... Anything she can get her hands on! there is nothing this child does not love to eat! Oh and best of all...SHE SLEEPS!!! lately, she has been using me as a pacifier at night sometimes 4-5 times a night, and well, this mama was tired...So I started some sleep training, and it only took 2 nights! The most she ever cried was 26 min and that was only once...She now sleeps! and if she wakes up...she makes a few noises , and then lays back down! I am refreshed!

Alomae is the sweetest thing! Andy and I daily talk about how Wonderful she is! That's our word for her...Wonderful... We feel so lucky...So BLESSED!

the Pumpkin Patch

We had a great day at the pumpkin patch! Andy and I have gone every year since we were dating and it's so fun to share it with Alomae! It's the first fun thing of the holiday season...we cannot wait for the Christmas tree farm =)
